1. Description of Services
Bright Nest Cleaners provides professional residential cleaning services, including deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and regular cleaning. We offer one-time or sporadic services and recurring services. Each service is customized based on the client’s request, property condition, and service plan agreed upon prior to the visit.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We value your time and ours, so we have clear guidelines to ensure fairness and efficiency:
• One-time (non-recurring) services must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• Recurring services must be canceled or rescheduled by the Friday prior to the scheduled cleaning.
- If the cancellation is made after this time but more than 24h before the scheduled service, a $100 late cancellation fee will apply.
- If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full price of the cleaning service will be charged.
We understand that real emergencies can happen. We are open to reasonable exceptions in case of illness, urgent situations, or unforeseen events — we kindly ask to be informed as early as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate and reschedule.
3. Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to enter due to lack of access, the visit may be canceled and service will be charged.
4. Preparation of Space
To ensure efficiency, we ask that personal items, laundry, and clutter be removed from surfaces prior to the cleaning. We are not responsible for organizing or moving heavy furniture unless previously agreed.
5. Use of Products and Equipment
We bring our own cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer we use your own products, please inform us in advance and ensure they are safe and clearly labeled.
6. Limitations of Liability
Bright Nest Cleaners is not responsible for damage due to improper installation of appliances, loose fixtures, or pre-existing conditions. We are insured, but damages caused by conditions beyond our control are excluded from liability.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can return to address the issue. Refunds are not provided, but we are committed to making it right.
8. Payment Policy
Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise arranged. We accept:

💳 Notes:
• Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
• Venmo payments must be completed on the day of service to avoid a 3% late fee.
Recurring clients may be billed weekly or monthly by agreement.
9. Pet Policy
We love pets! However, for safety and efficiency, we ask that pets be secured or supervised during cleaning. We are not responsible for pets left unattended.
10. Security and Valuables
Please store valuables in a secure location before service.
Important Note:
Items placed on furniture (e.g., jewelry, earbuds, small electronics) can accidentally fall and be sucked into vacuums or lost under furniture during cleaning. Bright Nest Cleaners is not responsible for lost or missing items that were left unsecured.
We encourage clients to remove or store all small valuables before service.
11. Photos for Quality and Marketing
Bright Nest Cleaners may take “before and after” photos of cleaned areas for internal quality control, training, and marketing purposes (including use on social media, website, and promotional materials).
We will never share photos that include:
• Personal photos
• Names, addresses, or documents
• Faces of residents
• Any other personally identifying information
By booking our services, the client agrees to the use of such photos unless a request is made to opt out. We respect all privacy concerns and will honor any such requests immediately.
12. Cleaning Team
Our teams are professionally trained and background-checked. We strive to send the same team for recurring services whenever possible, but this is not guaranteed due to scheduling and staffing.
13. Emergencies and Rescheduling
In the event of an emergency (weather, illness, etc.), we will contact you immediately to reschedule. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
14. Holiday Policy
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a national holiday, service may or may not be provided on that day, depending on team availability. While we will make every effort to accommodate a reschedule within the same week, we cannot guarantee that an alternate time will be available. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding during holiday weeks.
15. Pre-existing Conditions
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration to surfaces, fixtures, or materials. This includes stains, mold, or buildup that cannot be removed with standard cleaning techniques.
